Maureen Roskoski is vice president of FEA and is a veteran facilities management professional known for her innovative approach to optimizing operational efficiencies and driving organizational success. Maureen is a member in the U.S. Technical Advisory Group to the ISO technical committee on the facility management standard. She is also Chair of IFMA Standards Committee and is a Facility Influencer. In addition, she is an approved instructor for IFMA, Professional Facility Management Institute, and the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council.

Laurie Gilmer is president and COO of FEA and is a trailblazer in the facility management profession as a published author and speaker. Laurie is currently serving a term as IFMA Past Chair. She is co-author of the IFMA second manual in the Sustainability “How-To-Guide” Series, EPA’s ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. In addition, Laurie is an instructor for IFMA’s Sustainability Facility Management (SFP), Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Certified Facility Manager (CFM) programs.
